Mostly this list is about the installation and maintenance
of LISTSERV(R).  Its companion list is LSTOWN-L where owners
of lists that operate under LISTSERV(R) hangout.

Additionally, this list is used by posters to look for an
'adoptive" LISTSERV(R) host site for a new/existing
discussion list, since LISTSERV(R) maintainers entertain
such ideas.
