They subscribe to 4 lists, they get 4 notifications.  *MAYBE*.

Consider the case where one list is "subscribe=open,confirm", another is
"subscribe=open", another is "subscribe=by_owner", and one is forwarded
to another peer of the list.

What should Listserv do in that case?
