Subject tag

We're trying to have the software automatically insert a subject tag in
front of the subject line on our discussion lists. The users have the
subject tag option turned on (we did it manually), and we've defined the
subject tag header. We are using Listserv 1.8d. So far, nothing we've
done works. Has anyone else done this successfully? Any help
appreciated!
