Command to SERVE off a USER?

Is there a command that I am not aware of to tell LISTSERV to
SERVE OFF (or not serve, whatever the case is) a user.
 
I am having trouble with a particular user's address, and have to
remove the user from a list. So I would like to tell LISTSERV to not
serve this user until I say so.
