We're trying to use LSVPUNCH to go directly to the punch and avoid
 using the stack option.  The output when LSVPUNCH output is directed to
 the punch is missing an ID card as the first card.  When used with the
 stack option, the output is as expected.  Any ideas on what's wrong?
 
 Below is a sample file used as input and the output from LSVPUNCH.
 The sample file is recfm f, lrecl 80.

 Output from LSVPUNCH starts on next line.
