Hi,

I want to set up a mailinglist for the Swedish National Guard,
there want be much traffic on the list, max 5 entrys per day...

Is there someone that could host this list for me? Since we
(the Swedish Nation Guard) don't have much funding I sure would
like to find a host that is for free.
