When I worked in a MVS mainframe environment, it was a simple matter to program a BSMTP job and have
as a recipient a listname@listhost which routed the output to the SMTP address space.v

The "difficult" part was to either make each body-of-text uniques e.g., include a timestamp, or create
a list definition that did not recognize "dups."

The details for your environment will no doubt differ.
