 Herb's suggestion was en execellent idea.  I changed our LISTSERV hours
 as soon as I read his message.  The number of jobs here this morning
 was over 400.
 
 Now I know changing the prime hours holds the jobs from processing on my
 system, but does this actually stop LISTSERV from re-distributing the
 X-DEL JOBs to other LISTSERVs ?
