Subject: help with user not able to send to a list


on one of the lists that we house here, i've received an email help from one
of the list owners. they have a user that is subcribed to a list. they are
getting the list mail with no problems. the problem is that this user cannot
send to the list - they are getting a message that they are not subscribed to
the list. this makes no sense. in order for him to send to the list, he has
to send to the list owner and has him send to the list.

i've sent and received mail to this user, along with replying to. (i've done
this via my pegusis account).

i don't know where to go with this, since he is getting mail, and also
receives that he is not subscribed mail from listserv.

i am running 1.8c with lmail 1.2c.

i'd appreciate any help. i do not know whe email package this person is
running on their end.
