I  did  it  on  EARNTECH  FILELIST   at  DEARN,  for  which  I  have  PUT
authorization, and  it worked fine. However,  if it told you  the file is
unknown, it  doesn't mean that  you're not  authorized but that  the file
could not be found, and GET or Q F would give the same result. If it told
you that you're not allowed, THEN it might be a bug. Normally, AFD GET is
allowed iff you have PUT authorization on the file.
