If you want to exercise more control over when they actually get
the renewals, you can specify a date (with or without year); after all
lists have been through one scheduled renewal, you can remove the fixed
date and set them for 6-monthly or directly specify a couple of sane dates
w/o specifying year (02/20,09/20 , perhaps?)
