My favourite way for checking duped subscriptions is to send a simple
SCAN command:

  SCAN LISTNAME STRING

Replace STRING with a text fragment of their name; send one command each
for a fragment of their forename and surname, to cover all instances.
This will return all subscribers with that text fragment anywhere in
their name or email addresses. Very handy for finding that subscription
they'd forgotten about long ago.

The same command can be useful for finding other subscribers who may
possibly be forwarding, except use fragments of the domain name to
capture anyone from the same organisation. I've spotted many a
subscriber this way who was an obvious candidate for forwarding list
mail to the unsuspecting recipient.

In both cases you may benefit from using a broadly common text fragment
for initial searches and progress to more unique fragments in order to
narrow it.
