Is there any good reason why a person who is a subscriber to a list
should have to get permission from the list owner to sign off the list?
Right now, if the list requires permission from the owner to subscribe,
it also seems to require permission to sign off.  Wouldn't it be more
reasonable to allow a person to sign off without permission?
