DIST2 now appears to be working for "regular" distributions. However, it has a
nasty side-effect when used on a  peered list: the receiving peer "forgets" to
remove the sending peer from the list of included recipients, which causes one
copy of the file  to be bounced back to the sending peer.  This does not cause
any  loop, thanks  to  the loop  detection  algorithms, but  it  does cause  a
nastygram to be sent to the postmaster  at the sending peer. I will include an
updated LSVDIST2 in the FIX15M2 shipment.
