This means that TLSTSERV@PUCC is not an officially recognized Listserv and,
thus, your server is protecting itself from possibly bogus or forged files
and rejects them.
 
Given that your server has the latest PEERS NAMES and given Princeton's
networking involvement, it would seem odd that they set up a Listserv and
fail to register it. Perhaps a letter to Michael Gettes ([log in to unmask])
can either clear things up or help pinpoint the origin of the bogus file.
