We use a list exit to prevent subscriber sign-off. The exit is currently in use
on LISTSERV 1.8e; it was previously used on LISTSERV 1.8d. I have not personally
tested it on more recent versions of LISTSERV. If you would like a copy of our
code, please contact me directly. All the usual caveats apply.
