There is  a missing 'Translate(..)'  in LSVTELL  (1.5i) which may  cause the
'quiet:' keyword in  the postmasters list to  be ignored if it  was entered in
lower case.  It may also  be honoured  depending on the  path it takes  in the
various execs. Anyway I recommend changing  the keyword to uppercase until you
get 1.5j, unless you want to make the fix yourself (it's a very simple one).
