I have recently installed listserv classic on Server 2003.  I also have a
listserv lite version installed on NT 4.0.  I have a problem with the new
installation during testing.  If i send a help command the message is
prepared, formatted and moved to the spool directory.  While the log file
indicates that it was sent it never really is sent until I reboot the
server. Restarting services has no affect.  My lite version does not have
the behavior.  I have compared the two installations to no avail.  Has
anyone had this problem of the listserv replies not being sent until server
reboot?
