Sorry; I think my wording was wrong. Confidential=Service was NOT used
on most of our lists; because even tho they are MAINLY of interest to
Turkish users, there are those that are abroad who want to subscribe.

I had the feeling that IF I put confidential=Service, THEN when users
do a LIST to the server, they would see all the lists, provided they
ARE in Turkey.. Please correct me if I am wrong.. Thanks, -turgut
