Eric, you certainly have a good point.  If I had to update PEERS NAMES
on a daily basis, I would get fed up, too.  However, I had in mind
something more on a monthly cycle, like the various other cycles
in Bitnet/EARN/NetNorth for routing tables, BITEARN NODES, etc.
 
Still, if your comment can be interpreted as
 
"If the postmaster wants to update it himself, that's OK.
If the postmaster wants me to update it for him, that's OK, too."
 
then I agree.
