1) the last BitNews i received was Feb 16th
2) for multiple recipients i get a "To:" line like this:
 To:           name1 <user1@RYERSON>, name2 <user2@RYERSON>,
               name3 <user3@RYERSON>
 
i.e. max 80 chars per line. Isn't mailer limited to 80 chars since
it uses PUNCH?
