I'm looking over the thread on LSTSRV-L about scheduling distributions.

Does the setup that was recommended only work if you're only using it as an
announce list? ie. If editor is the only person posting to the list?

I want to do the scheduling part, but allow other people to post normally to
the list. Do you know how to do this?
