I have been asked to create a sign up page for our web site for all of our
public lists.  Is there a template that does this already in the L-Soft
package or does anyone have one I could look at to see how it is done?  I
am running version 1.8d on an NT box with the list owners having access to
manage their lists via the web, but not to create them.
