I was going to do it when I realized that this would create checksum errors on
all the servers all around the world (since the information is not presently
provided, I have to add a new indication like the (P)eer flag, which is likely
to change the entry of at least one list per site and hence the checksum).
This is no problem, except that it will generate a tremendous amount of
traffic as soon as people start installing FIX15N2, unless everybody executes
a LSVLDELT REFRESH command (and that's still a lot of traffic). Considering
the present file queues, I don't think that would be a good idea.
