I don't think there's a "TOP_BANNER" keyword...I haven't seen it.

Dang -- that must be in the manual.  Sorry folks.  So, by the same token, a
"TOP_BANNER" term in the headers would put it at the top, where I want
it?  (I'm reaching for the manual right now.)
