Andrew is correct on both accounts, BUT ...

1) make sure the users' mail configs are up to date otherwise they might
not be able to post to PRIVATE lists

2) the CHANGE will NOT affect "role" account definitions with list
keyword definitions

3) the Query command output is not easily parseable UNLESS you issue a
variation of the command

I suggest prototyping the command sequences to make sure there are no
unpleasant surprizes. [You did create a backup, right?]
