POLYVM and RUTVM1 peers removed

In  order to  simplify list  management, I  have removed  the POLYVM  and
RUTVM1  peers   of  LSTSRV-L  which   had  only  9  and   46  recipients,
respectively. So now it's  just UGA for the US and  SEARN for Europe. The
old lists  now point to LSTSRV-L@UGA  and should probably be  kept around
for  a  week, after  which  they  can be  deleted.  I  apologize for  the
inconvenience.
