We have a number of listowners whose e-mail addresses contain
apostrophes. With 15.5, these are not being recognized as listowners
(they were with 15.0). Instead, when such an owner posts, the logs show:

26 Feb 2008 12:59:16 -> Rejected:
* You  are not  authorized to  send mail  to the  XXXXXXXX list  from your
* [log in to unmask] account.  You might be authorized  to post to
* the list  from another account, or  perhaps when using another  mail program
* configured to use a different email address. However, LISTSERV has no way to
* associate this other  account or address with yours. If  you need assistance
* or if you have any questions  regarding the policy of the XXXXXXXX list,
* please contact the list owners at [log in to unmask]
26 Feb 2008 12:59:16 Sent information mail to [log in to unmask]


This is on a list with:

Send= Owner,Hold,Confirm
Owner= [log in to unmask]

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a setting somewhere?
