error on ListServ1.8d

Dear All,

I run ListServ 1.8d on Compaq TruCluster 5.0A, and I use exim-3.14 for smtp.
When I start a Listserv, it comes:

3 May 2001 13:54:25 >>> Error X'00B001EB' enqueuing mail for delivery <<<
3 May 2001 13:54:25  -> Severity: Error
3 May 2001 13:54:25  -> Facility: POSIX/unix error codes
3 May 2001 13:54:25  -> Abstract: Unspecified error (61) - See errno.h
3 May 2001 13:54:25  -> strerror: Connection refused
3 May 2001 13:54:29 Processing file 0003 from [log in to unmask]

Does somebody knows how to solve  this problem ???
