Isolated ... Lately, there have been many repeated problems like this all over.
I routinely get 3-4 postings a day from various sites and lists that each
have at least 2 copies - exactly the same (except the final Received header
line)!  I don't know if it is a broken RSCS, MAILER, or XA system problem.
It doesn't happen all the time, and happens on different paths.
 
I just trash them and hope that someone who is in a position to do something
will someday find the problem and fix it.  Other have seen this problem, and
reported it to appropriate lists, though it is hard to reproduce when you are
looking for it, and is most likely an RSCS or XA or both problem.
