This is because SOL.UVIC.CA = UVSOL,  and the specification you have does
not allow UVSOL to  mail to the list. You should add  all the BITNET node
names to  your "Local="  keyword, or,  even better,  to the  LOCAL system
variable (and you should then delete the "Local=" keyword).
