        1. What does waaysy mean?

        2. As a taxpayer I don't like to see universities
using my tax dollars to give people free rides
on the internet, mailing lists, etc. These are
services that can and should be provided by
businesses. At every university there is great
competition for dollars, and for resources.
The more gifties that are given, the more we
taxpayers end up paying... At most places
there are no 'extra' resources laying around
to be given away to the deserving at no cost
            to the benevolent institution...

My two cents worth....
