i've heard that aol will do notary ``real soon now'' so lsv will not be
coded to handle their bounces.  we get so many that we found it useful to
rewrite them into notary format.  the mailer that we use makes this fairly
simple but i think you could do it with lsv_amin without too much trouble.

about that ``real soon now'', i'm not holding my breath.
