There are 616  files in the system  spool and 2 files in  the RSCSV2 spool.
LISTSERV is  automatically going  offline and  will stop  processing reader
files, as dictated by the  SYSVARS variable "OFFLINETHR" which is described
in LISTSERV SYSVARS and can be changed by modifying the LOCAL SYSVARS file.
You  can bring  LISTSERV  back online,  if desired,  by  issuing an  ONLINE
command. It will,  however, come back online automatically  when the system
spool goes below 300 files and the RSCSV2 spool goes below 2000 files.
