Can anyone tell my why LISTSERV doesn't like the following headers.  The
sender is getting annoyed because his requests are being "ignored", and
the Postmaster at PSUVAX1 is getting annoyed because LISTSERV is sending
rejection notices to MAILER@PSUVAX1 (the RSCS mail origin).
