This is a good resource, but I don't think it answers Scott's question,
which I think is:  If we see someone spamming LISTSERV-based mailing lists,
is there something we should do to notify the LISTSERV network that this is
going on, or do we just count on LISTSERV's spam-detectors to do that for
us?

I think that the answer is the latter, but don't know definitively.  Anyone
else?
