Found the answer to that question. I didn't have my userid@host in
POSTMASTERS in the go.user config file. I added it and now I can issue the
command. HOWEVER....it comes up and says....

Lists may not be deleted with the PUT command. Contact the LISTSERV
administrator if you really meant to delete your list.

PUT operation rejected, list has not been created.

When I do a:

lcmd put TEST-L list pw=test

to create my list. What am I doing wrong now? HELP! TIA.
