Problem w/ listserv getiing served off

We have been getting notices that our listserv has served off
[log in to unmask] for making 20 or more errors. Yet there is
no indication in the console log of any kind of errors from that source.
The only thing I see is lots 'n lots of X-SPAM messages and the occasional
bounce from AOL for mailbox full when we send our 'You're not subscribed'
rejection.
 
What am I missing?
