Just in case someone gets bit by this, I had a list with a list-id
keyword, but LMAIL did not know to forward the list alias to the list.
With 1.8b, the list-id is not used and I had users attempting to
reply to the list mail, and it was rejected.  Fairly simple to correct,
once you know about it.
