The receiving side mail server did not accept the message due to some (to
them) objectionable content.  Any details about exactly what it didn't like
are not available.

Are you looking in the LISTSERV log or your mail server logs?  This should
be recorded in your mail server logs.  It will not be recorded in the
LISTSERV log.  But it is unlikely you will find any further information in
the log file.  

If you know exactly what the message content was for this particular
message, you might infer the objectionable content.  It might be a URL in
the message, certain words, etc.
