We had a small discussion about the :country. tag in BITEARN NODES
It was invented for NETSERV. Because of the "name" some other
people began to use it for different purposes.
There are two possibilities:
 
Ignore the other "interpreters" and create a "ISOCC" tag fo them.
 
Create a new tag "NETSERV" that points to a netserv node that
is responsible for that node.
