I have stored updated copied of  the handout on LISTSERV@SEARN with minor
editing changes. The NSC93US version is now a genuine US-letter formatted
printout rather than a hacked copy of  the A4 version. There is no reason
to order a new copy if you were only interested in checking the document,
however please do grab the revised version if you plan to make copies for
your users.
 
The LISTSERV.NET  domain is now fully  operational and you can  tell your
users about it as well.
