I am running version 1.8e (on VM) and want the confirmation message
for moderated lists to be like they were prior to 1.8e.  I am
specifying NOMIME as indicated in the 1.8e release notes.

When specifying "Send=Editor,Hold,NoMIME" it seems to work as advertised.

However, when "Send=Editor,Hold,Confirm,NoMIME" and the editor sends
mail to the list, the NOMIME seems to have no impact.

Do you know what the problem is?
