I'm following up to an old thread I started some time ago.

I've just noticed that, while archives mask email addresses in the
headers for unauthenticated visitors (where the archives are public),
any email addresses in the body of the posting are not masked.

I've looked at the manuals but haven't located anything on my
question: Is it possible to configure a public archive to mask email
addresses in the body of the posting? If so, how?
