Tell me whether I'm on the right track.
 
A member of one of our lists sends mail to the list. It appears to be
sent correctly, but LISTSERV transfers it to me with this message:
 
   Spool file 8216 from MAILER@FREDONIA transferred to AS0JEB@BINGVMB
 
Unfortunately, LISTSERV does not state its reasons.
 
I've noticed that mail from this site has a filetype of OUTPUT rather
than MAIL. Would this be enought to cause the transfer? The list in
question is configured with Files=No.
 
Am I close?
