The double quoting was performed only because I have not yet implemented the
full  set of  macros in  LISTSERV.  The output  stuff is  fully installed  and
running, the input set is being  experimented. I shunted the original routines
and the  names are therefore obtained  'as is', without being  de-quoted. This
will disappear when the full set of routines has been installed, of course.
