Ferhat: if the file sent is NETDATA the compaction is already done,
so a file full of C/R's doesn't make a 'overely large file' to the
line monitor - unless of course if there were too many C/Rs :)
If TRBOUN cannot handle NETDATA, you may investigate in the various
archiving programs (we have the C sources to some as well)
