What if I put LISTSERV on a machine that is on Internet but not BITNET.
How can I get the other LISTSERVs to explode my list traffic?   Do even
the Internet LISTSERVs know about each other?   How do they know when
the exploding should occur?   Thanks for the info.   Dave
