Perhaps another way of putting what Mike said is that though
they have (attempted to) subscribed via Bitnet, then are OKing
via Internet and their Bitnet node is not equivalenced to
their Internet Host name (if applicable) (and/or they go thru
a Bitnet/Internet gateway that re-writes their address?)
