OK, I tried something that you can test on
http://mailserv.cc.kuleuven.ac.be/cgi-bin/stml.pl.
 
It prompts for those keywords that usually change from list to list
at our site, makes a listname list file, and mails
this to the listserv manager (and during a test period also to the
E-mail address of the requestor).
